The aim of “STEPS” (Smooth Transition to Employability and Professional Skills from School & VET) is to promote a European vision of business from school and VET (Vocational Education and Training). STEPS delivers this through the provision of career and employability information and guidance tools and resources, in order to promote a smooth transition into the labour market from schools and VET providers. Through sharing knowledge, experiences and good practices across the European project’s partners, the project endeavours to benefit students, teachers and businesses making them aware of the advantages and challenges of being part of the European labour market.
